2025 NHRA Season Wrap-Up: A Thank You to the People Who Made This Year Unforgettable

The 2025 race season has officially crossed the finish line and somehow, we made it. It’s wild how a year can feel both impossibly long and unbelievably fast at the same time. Looking back, this season wasn’t just about the races, the travel, or the schedule. It was about the moments, the humans, and the growth that happened in between.

This year was beautifully chaotic in the best way.
Twenty race weekends. Countless flights. Road trips filled with bad gas station coffee and unexpectedly good sunsets. Rain delays, mud, laughter, exhaustion, and adrenaline - all packed into a few months that felt like a lifetime.

And through it all, one thing became crystal clear: the best part of racing has never been the racing. It’s the people who show up for you.

The Heart of the Season: The Humans

Motorsports is intense - fast-paced, exhausting, and unpredictable - but the people in this world make every mile worth it.

This season brought moments with friends who became family. It brought familiar faces in the pits, new connections on the road, and unexpected friendships that hit me right when I needed them. It brought long nights, early mornings, heart-to-hearts, inside jokes, and those unplanned moments that somehow end up meaning the most.

I spent weekends with my dad at the track again - something I’ll never take for granted. I even got my mom out to her first race in 15 years, which alone felt like a full-circle moment. I visited my brothers, spent time on the farm, checked in with family, and reconnected with people who reminded me who I am outside the chaos.

And then there were the people who showed up in the small moments - the check-ins, the rides, the last-minute dinners, the “do you need anything?” texts. The ones who didn’t have to go out of their way but did anyway.

Those moments mattered more than anything happening on the track.

Gratitude for the Teams, Drivers, and Partners

To the teams and drivers I worked with this season:
Thank you for trusting me with your stories, your content, your brand, and your memories. Being welcomed into your pit spaces - even on the craziest weekends - is something I don’t take lightly.

To the partners and sponsors who supported the work, the projects, the weekends, and the travel:
Thank you for believing in what I do and letting me be part of your world.

To the industry friends who answered calls, shared advice, extended opportunities, and opened doors:
You made this season what it was.

The Lessons: Growth in the Chaos

This year taught me a lot - about balance, about boundaries, about taking chances, about letting things unfold in their own time.

I said yes to opportunities I never expected.
I drove the entire Pacific Coast Highway.
I dipped into Canada (…oops).
I worked through storms, emergencies, and WiFi that absolutely did not want to cooperate.
I finished deals trackside.
I opened escrows on airplanes.
I built relationships in the most unexpected places.

It was messy, funny, overwhelming, overwhelming again, and absolutely worth every second.

To Everyone Who Was Part of This Season: Thank You

Thank you for the laughs, the chaos, the memories, the opportunities, the support, and the friendship.

Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for trusting me.
Thank you for making 2025 one of my favorite race seasons to date.

Whether we shared a quick conversation, a full weekend, a project, a flight, or a moment between rounds - you were part of this chapter.

And I am grateful.

What’s Next?

As we wrap up 2025, I’m walking into the off-season with a grateful heart, clearer priorities, and a whole lot of motivation for what’s coming in 2026.

If this past year taught me anything, it’s that the right people show up at the right time - and this season was full of those moments.

Here’s to closing out the year strong…
To new storylines…
To new memories…
To a fresh season right around the corner.

See you at the start line in 2026.
